Recently renovated to a high standard, Printer's Cottage provides everything you'll need to enjoy a relaxing day indoors, or for recuperating after a hard day adventuring in the great outdoors.

Spacious and stylish, Printer's Cottage has a long and interesting history. Its exact age is unknown, however its oldest surviving deeds date from the mid 18th Century when it used to be known as 'Smithy Stones'. Counted amongst its previous owners was Samuel Slack, famed bass vocalist for King George III, and now buried in the village graveyard, who was forced to sign away the deeds after losing the cottage to the Chapman family in a gambling match.
